The Hold on to Me is part of the new Bedroom Kandi line of sex toys produced by OhMiBod. This set of Kegel spheres is designed to assist in toning and strengthening the PC muscles, which can help increase bladder control as well as natural vaginal lubrication, intensify orgasm, and improve sensation during intercourse.

This set comes with four spheres in increasing weight as well as both a single-sphere holder and a double-sphere holder so that you can start out slowly and gradually increase to more challenging exercises as your PC muscles become stronger. Kegel exercise balls serve two purposes: providing resistance so you can feel when your PC muscles are actively squeezing, and providing weight to work against in order to strengthen them further.

This isn't your typical sex toy: it's not really used for masturbation in the traditional sense but it does enhance the experience and provide more satisfying sexual responces in the future.

That box is black with the Bedroom Kandi logo in gold on the front. It is discreet and looks very chic and luxurious. This is the only time I have ever gotten a toy in a box nicer than the ones Lelo sex toys come in!

The lid is attached with two little ribbons so that it will stay open like at a 90 degree angle, easily displaying everything inside without falling flat or having the lid come off and get lost or squished.

You will also find a black satin storage pouch which the Kegel spheres can be placed in for even more discreet storage (open the box and you'd just see the bag) or which you can use to take them with you for travelling.

All of this is inside of a thin paper box which fits tightly over the black storage box. On that thin outer layer you can see the typical photograph of the product as well as the brand name, usage information, and a description of the Hold on to Me.

With each Bedroom Kandi Hold on to Me, you get a very thorough instruction manual which informs you of the different weights of each sphere, what they are used for, how to exercise your Kegel muscles, how to clean the toy, warranty information, and the company's contact information. It is a very detailed and helpful manual, and certainly well worth reading.

Each Hold on to Me has a one year warranty against defects.

Material

The Hold on to Me spheres are made of plastic, while the 'holders' that go around them for use are both made from silicone. While the spheres are hard and have no give, the holders are pliable and can easily be stretched over the spheres to swap them out or remove them for cleaning.

There is no scent or taste to any of the parts of the Hold on to Me.

The Hold on to Me spheres are completely round and smooth on each side and lack any texture, which makes them easy to insert and ideal for prolonged use. The holder slides perfectly into the grooves running along the spheres to hold them tightly in place.

Once assembled, the Hold on to Me has no give to it and is completely hard, but the attachment between the two spheres in the double-holder is very pliable and can bend and curve to accomodate your body. The retraction cord is equally flexible, and I did find that it would stretch a good bit while removing the spheres but would immediately snap back to its normal length once they came out.

I would have liked if the retraction cord was made of something a bit firmer so that it would pull the toys out immediately rather than stretching about 1/2 an inch before doing so- at first I had been worried that perhaps the cord would not hold, but after several uses I saw that it was indeed completely sturdy.

When the holder is slid into place over the Kegel spheres, they make perfect circles. The gentle curve is very easy to insert and there is no discomfort at any time during use. These spheres are not particularly large. At 1.2" diameter they can certainly be felt, but are only barely noticeable and there is no stretching sensation or feeling of fullness.

Their size means that they will stay put inside of the vagina without falling out, but that they are small enough for you to feel when your PC muscles are tightened around them.

As with other silicone toys, you will want to avoid using silicone-based lubes with the Hold on To Me, as that could possibly damage the materials. Water-based lubricants are ideal and also tend to be the least irritating to individuals with lube-sensitivities.

The Hold on to Me Kegel exerciser spheres and holders are very easy to clean. Simply remove each sphere from it's holder and then wash each piece separately in warm soapy water. Dry everything thoroughly before putting the spheres back into their holder.

Due to the spheres being plastic, they are not fully sterilizable so it is not a good idea to share them with anyone. If you are thinking of sharing this toy, it is best to designate one holder for each person, as well as two spheres and keep them separate.

Dividing the set will limit your ability to fully exercise your Kegel muscles because then you will both have certain pieces missing, so the best thing to do is buy a separate kit for each person.

This kit is very travel friendly. Not only is the storage box beautiful and discreet but there is also a much smaller pouch which can be used if you want something a bit less bulky. The spheres are almost completely silent and certainly would not be heard from within a bag or luggage.

Everything is waterproof so you can use your Hold on to Me in the shower, pool, or pretty much anywhere without worry about getting it wet!

I was very pleased with my Bedroom Kandi Hold on to Me spheres. They are well-designed and definitely can be felt during use but they were very comfortable and it is just a pleasant sensation that you could easily forget about if distracted by something else.

These are my favorite Kegel exercisers of the three that I have tried so far. Unlike traditional Ben-wa balls, they have a retraction cord. This is an absolutely necessary feature for anything I will be fully inserting into my body and it really set my mind at ease to know that I could quickly and easily pull them out at any time.

Unlike the Lelo Luna beads, the Hold on to Me is more of a solid weight sphere and does not shake and bounce back and forth. While that strong movement would be stimulating at first, it would become very uncomfortable in a short amount of time and the fact that these do not bang around like that makes them much more comfortable and pleasant for longer-term wear.

I have tried out both the single- and double-holders for the review, but when actually doing my Kegel exercises I just use the single-holder for now with the 30g weight while I work on improving my muscle strength.

These are my absolute favorite Kegel exercisers and combine safety and piece of mind with discretion. They are easy to use, easy to clean, and comfortable when in place. I would suggest these for anyone interested in strengthening their PC muscles.
