This toy is made of sil-a-gel, which is basically a mixture of silicone and PVC. This makes it softer and more similar to a penis than many other materials. While it is not completely sterilizable, it is less porous than other materials and therefore easier to clean.

The vibrations are focused at the head of the cock but you do feel them all the way down the shaft, but they are very weak and barely noticeable on the ball sack, which is perfect because it prevents the numbness and tingling of the hands that can sometimes be felt using certain toys.
The fact that this toy is made of a jelly-type material also makes the vibrations much stronger as they aren't 'muffled' and I always prefer using jelly toys for internal vibrations unless I am focusing specifically on the g-spot, because for that I need a much firmer toy.

Summary
Surprisingly enough, this is one of the top three strongest vibrators I own, the other two being the Lelo Gigi and the JimmyJane Form 2. It is a very affordable toy- great for anyone who likes strong vibrations without getting your hands numb. Unfortunately, it isn't a fully sterilizeable material and does have a bit of a scent to it, which may be off-putting to some.
